You've eaten clean, trained, maybe even started a treatment — and the scale barely budges. What works for me logs your whole life by voice and connects hundreds of signals against medical science and your own history, until the real reason finally shows up.
You started the injections. The first months worked. Then it stalled — and the hunger and cravings crept back, sugar most of all. You're not doing it wrong.
Cohort 0 is our founding study: people on Mounjaro 15 mg whose weight has plateaued, with no real drop in appetite. Together — with the same tool, around the same question — we investigate why your body is holding on, and run the leads that actually shift it.
Mounjaro® is a registered trademark of Eli Lilly and Company. What works for me is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Eli Lilly. This is not medical advice, provides no diagnosis, and is not a guarantee of weight loss.
The diet "worked" for a while, then stopped. The tests come back "normal." But the weight won't move — and the reason is rarely one thing. It's hundreds of small things lining up: sleep, stress and cortisol, meal timing, dairy, your gut, your treatment — that no one ever had the time, or the data, to connect. Until now.
Three steps. No forms, no calorie spreadsheets, no willpower required.
Just speak — what you ate, the craving that hit at 11pm, your weight, your sleep, your stress, your injection day. Snap a photo of a meal or a lab result. It even hears it in your voice when something's off.
Link the apps you already use — your scale (Renpho & co.), Health, steps, sleep, weather, calendar, cycle. It pulls in hundreds of signals a day and structures them cleanly, in any language.
It weighs everything at once against medical research and your own past, surfacing the multi-factor reasons your weight is stuck — and never invents an answer it can't trace to a source.
Most weight apps count calories and stop there. What works for me takes in hundreds of signals from every corner of your life — and turns the mess into clean, comparable data no human could hold in their head.
Dictate meals, cravings, mood, a bad night, your injection. Prefer typing? That works too.
It hears how you say it — stress drives cortisol, and cortisol drives fat storage. "You sound tense today — anything to note?"
Your smart scale (like Renpho), steps, sleep trackers, weather, your calendar (that late dinner, that brutal week), menstrual cycle, and any health app.
Snap a meal, the scale, a lab report or your treatment pen — it reads the numbers and logs them for you.
Blood panels, prescriptions, scans — as image, audio, data feed or text. Structured cleanly, whatever the language.
Stress, cortisol, broken sleep, emotional eating — it knows your mood moves your body chemistry and your appetite, and tracks it.
A doctor sees you 15 minutes a year. What works for me reads hundreds of signals every single day — and never forgets one.
An early look at What works for me.
Speak freely: a meal, a craving, a sleepless night, your injection day. It even picks up when your voice sounds tense and checks in — then files every detail as clean data, and follows up on what you forgot to mention.
Ask it to dig, or explore the correlations yourself. When hundreds of small signals line up, you'll see what's really stalling your loss — every factor weighed at once and ranked by how strongly it explains the plateau.
A living journal of your body — searchable and connected, pulling spoken notes and synced data into one thread: weight, meals, injection days, sleep. Scroll back through weeks and months; nothing you noticed ever gets lost again.
Weight, sleep, sugar, stress, cycle and your treatment — tracked over time so the connections become impossible to miss. The big picture of why you're stuck, drawn from every source at once.
The app is yours, free: a private journal that investigates your own body. The program is optional — join a cohort and investigate one question alongside people living the exact same thing.
Each member talks to the app daily. Voice, photos and connected apps become clean, comparable data — hundreds of signals each, around one shared question.
It compares correlations across the whole cohort. When a pattern emerges — say, dairy after 5pm wrecking deep sleep — it proposes a test the group can actually run.
Everyone is invited to run the same test the next day — take lactose at 6pm, say. Accept or decline; it's always your call. Results feed a shared knowledge base, and update your private profile note — a gold mine that grows every day.
What we offer is an investigation into your own body — not a promise that you'll lose weight. The app finds correlations and proposes tests; it never diagnoses, and never invents an answer it can't trace to a source.

Founding cohortLogging that takes seconds, not discipline. Just talk — the app does the rest.
Every signal is checked against real medical knowledge — and it cites its sources. It never invents an answer it can't back up.
It weighs hundreds of signals together — connections no single test, and no 15-minute visit, can see.
Your data is encrypted, yours alone, and never sold. This is your story to keep.
Health data is the most sensitive data there is — a "special category" under the GDPR (Art. 9). We treat it that way: built for strict compliance with European and French law, by design, and engineered to go further than the law requires.
When you join a cohort, only de-identified signals ever enter the shared pool — never your name, your voice, or your raw journal. The pool sees patterns, not people. Your private profile note stays yours alone.
We collect only what a finding actually needs, and pseudonymise it the moment it arrives. Analysis runs on de-identified data — and only ever with your explicit, opt-in consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your entries are kept for you to use, then — after three years — we tell you a month ahead and let you keep or delete them. Or opt in, once, to keep everything for as long as you want it.
Every byte moves over TLS 1.3 and rests under AES-256-GCM, with per-user keys held apart from the data they protect and rotated on a schedule — exactly the technical measures the law names for securing processing.
Your data stays in the EU, on infrastructure built to the HDS standard (Hébergeur de Données de Santé) required for hosting French health data — an ISO 27001-based framework overseen by the Agence du Numérique en Santé.
Access, correct, export in a portable format (any date range, your physical, psychological and context data), or erase everything — one tap, honoured without undue delay. And we run a Data Protection Impact Assessment before we ever launch.
